Events - Letters to Santa
Children throughout EYFS have enjoyed a magical festive event with their parents! Everyone gathered to listen to a special letter read aloud from Santa himself, which filled the room with excitement! The children then worked with their parents to create their own letters to post to Santa. They cut pictures out of catalogues, labelled their pictures and made sure they wrote their names on. It was important that Santa knew who their letter was from! Once the letters were ready

Year 3 Stone Age Outcome
Last Thursday, our Year 3 pupils hosted an exciting “Outcome Afternoon” for Year 2, transporting them back to the Stone Age. The afternoon was packed with hands-on activities: making clay pots, creating cave art, building Stonehenge from LEGO, and even a mammoth-hunting game using foam javelins! Year 2 children rotated through each station, learning fascinating facts and trying out new skills. It was a fantastic way to bring history to life and celebrate the hard work and cre

Parents and School Council then chatted informally about the role over coffee, juice, hot chocolate and biscuits!

Year 2 - Family Afternoon
In November, we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with some of our family members. We invited them into school to hear us sing “it’s a long way to Tipperary” and to take a look at all of our beautiful artwork we have created during the term as part of our topic “World War Two”. We displayed our clay poppies, propaganda posters, Remembrance Day scenes and gas masks which we have been creating during our creative and topic lessons. We also enjoyed completing some Remembrance Day ac
