Year 5 Viking Workshop

Year 5's Viking topic started with an exciting Viking workshop where children had the chance to dress in Viking clothes and take part in a battle with Viking swords, spears and shields. Year 5 had a great day showing pride and respect at all times and the presenter of the the workshop sent us the following message. 

'From the very start, all the children involved in the workshop on 26th September 2025 were incredibly polite, courteous and incredibly respectful. I was made to feel so welcome and included by the children, teachers and also every single member of staff along the way. Smiles everywhere!! What an amazing set of values the school cherishes, but also to the teachers who guide these little stars!!.. An absolutely wonderful place to spend a day!'
