Shakespeare Fortnight
February and March2024

For this year's Shakespeare Fortnight we returned to 'The Tempest', Shakespeare's tale of revenge set on a magical island. We looked at extracts from the play, did lots of writing based on the characters and events, created pieces of art and, working with actors Kaiden and Rowan from the Icarus Theatre Company, performed parts of the play. On the final Friday of the fortnight we all came to school dressed as character inspired by those that appear in 'The Tempest'. Take a look at some of the pictures from that day.
