I write to inform you that we have a major issue with the flat roof at the front of the school. This was confirmed late yesterday and as a result, for Health & Safety reasons, several areas are now out of use.
I would like to assure you that the main part of the school is issue free, meaning that classrooms, hall space, group rooms and hub areas are completely unaffected and therefore safe for everyone to use as normal.
As the kitchen has to close from today, I would be very grateful if parents could send their children with a packed lunch on Thursday and Friday of this week only. If this is a problem please let me know ASAP!
These will be some of the changes from after the Half Term holiday:
T42’s children will no longer be in school, work will be online, as it was during lockdown.
Nursery children will be taught in T42’s building.
The Care Facility will operate from the T42’s building, before and after school.
Hot school dinners will be cooked off site and served in school
Obviously, we will try to keep disruption to a minimum and I will keep you informed of any changes, but it is our priority to keep our children learning and in a good routine.
Please contact school if you need any further details.

Terrific For Twos
It is with much regret that I write this letter. I am sorry to say that T42’s will close on Friday 28th May and not reopen again this academic year.
We have some major building issues in school and the building is needed to be used by older children. I understand that this is very disruptive for everyone concerned, especially after what can only be described as an already turbulent year. But the gravity of the situation was only confirmed late last night, so I apologise for the extremely short notice.
I will endeavour to keep everyone updated when there are further developments.
Mrs C. J. Gibbon
I write to update you with information for after Half Term.
When the children return to school after the half term holiday, on Monday 7th June the Nursery will no longer be based in the main school building. Both A.M and P.M Nursery will move into the T42’s building for the rest of this academic year. The session times will remain the same.
We have some major building issues in school, which will need to be resolved as soon as possible.
I will endeavour to keep you informed.
Mrs C.J. Gibbon
